How It Works

Site Measure:

Our supervisors determine at site measure if the sub-floor needs additional fixings before any boards are laid.

Subfloor Fastening:

Particle board or plywood must be securely fastened to the supporting joists. Extra fixings are added where the existing sheet floor is loose or uneven.

Pre-sanding:

Prior to installation, the entire sub-floor is pre-sanded so that the floor is completely flat and any contaminants that may affect glue adhesion are removed.

Flooring Installation:

Timber boards are then glued and secret-nailed or top-nailed in the same way as the Plywood System.
